Генеральное консульство Литовской Республики в Гродно приглашает подавать заявки на выполнение проектов по развитию сотрудничества.

CALL TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECTS OF DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION IN GRODNO AND BREST REGIONS

Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Grodno calls to submit applications for the implementation of concept  „Profesional development for youth workers in Grodno and Brest regions“ , "Social integration of youth with disabilities in Grodno and Brest regions" , "Support media freedom in Grodno and Brest regions" (total budget for all projects –  up to 4 000 EUR).

Financing will be provided for projects that are in lines with the National Development Cooperation Action Plan guidelines, adopted by the Resolution No. 937 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 21st September 2016.

Submitted applications for projects shall conform to the EU, Lithuanian and country, which is partner in the implementation of the project, multilateral and (or) bilateral strategic agreements, and (or) development strategies of the partner country.

Applications for a project shall contain at least one partner in Belarus. A partner is not obligatory, when the project is being submitted by a subject of Belarus or by an international organization.

Information on the submission of Project Application, selection procedure, implementation as well as any other project-related information is available in the Description of Procedure for the Implementation of Development Cooperation Activities and Provision of Humanitarian Aid by State and Municipal Institutions and Agencies, approved by Resolution No 129 of the 22 February 2017 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Description of Procedure of the Implementation of the Development Cooperation and Democracy Promotion Programme, established by Order No. V-63 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania on 21st March 2017.

Lithuanian and foreign legal persons, other organizations, their subdivisions, and natural persons are invited to submit applications for projects, in Lithuanian, Russian or English, according to the established forms (Project application and Project estimate), together with required attachments.

After being filled, signed and scanned, applications for projects together with scanned attachments shall be sent by e-mail kons.gardinas@urm.lt  or filled and scanned applications for projects together with attachments shall be sent by registered post or delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania at the following address: Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Grodno, Gorkogo 104, 230015 Grodno.

Applications for projects will be accepted till April 19, 2019 (incl.). The Consulate General reserves the right to revise the deadline for the acceptance of applications for projects.
